Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls
Handling and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
Processing cases in the computer system
Entering and maintaining customer data
Resolving problems and handling complaints
This is a purely advisory role (no sales involved)

Qualifications:

Ideally, some experience in customer service
Enjoyment of working with customers
Customer and service orientation
Good communication and expression skills
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
These positions are also suitable for beginners (m/w/d) and career changers (m/w/d).
