  • Training new and existing employees
  • Ensuring agreed upon sales and budget goals are met

  • Monitoring and inventorying stock levels Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training (preferably in retail) or a degree
  • Professional and ideally leadership experience in sales
  • Dedicated work ethic and a results-oriented, precise, and self-responsible approach
  • Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues
