Responsibilities:
- Managing personnel, organizational, and financial aspects of multiple furniture departments
- Training new and existing employees
- Ensuring agreed upon sales and budget goals are met

- Completed vocational training (preferably in retail) or a degree
- Professional and ideally leadership experience in sales
- Dedicated work ethic and a results-oriented, precise, and self-responsible approach
- Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues
