Mauch - that's the large garden market with 7,000m2 of its own plant production, with 200 seats in the adventure gastronomy and 500m2 children's world in Hilzingen.
Mauch team members are experts in greenery, organizational talents in administration, and hosts with a heart.YOUR TASKS:
- With your open and friendly nature, you will take care of our customers on the phone, by email, and in personal conversations at the information window
- You serve our customers at the DHL parcel shop
- You take care of customer orders, complaints, and returns
- You work with our SAP merchandise management system, manage items, record goods receipts, invoices, and maintain prices
- You assist with accounting tasks, including cash book, communication with the tax advisor, invoice verification, and dunning
- You help prepare promotional activities, print signs and labels
- You organize incoming and outgoing mail
- You support our office team with any other tasks that may arise
