We are looking for a Geoscientist (m/f/d) to establish a specialist information system for site assessment in accordance with the new substitute building materials regulation:
in department 52 "Groundwater, Water Supply, Drinking Water and Mineral Extraction":

YOUR TASKS

Preparation of hydrological and hydrogeological data for the implementation of the substitute building materials regulation:
Creation of an open-data map for potential users (builders, users of recycled building materials and other mineral substitute building materials) as a helpful tool and source of information:
Evaluation and presentation of the highest possible groundwater level based on extensive measurement data from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia:
Identification of search areas. This includes showing the possible use of substitute building materials based on site-specific conditions (protective function of groundwater layers, designated water protection areas, specific features in mining regions, groundwater levels) in accordance with the specific requirements of the substitute building materials regulation
YOUR PROFILE
Professional

Completed university degree (Master or equivalent) in Geography, Hydrogeology or related fields such as Geo- or Environmental Sciences with a focus on Hydrogeology

Knowledge of hydrogeology and geography, evaluation and assessment of groundwater level data:
