Residential Area Manager for DRK Senior Center Mühlacker (m/f/d)
Full-time - permanent


Responsibilities:


  • Creating schedules for the residential area that comply with legal regulations and take into account the wishes of residents and employees
  • Training and guiding employees
  • Ensuring the implementation of the nursing mission statement and concept, as well as quality and care standards
  • Conducting regular case discussions and nursing visits
  • Maintaining and promoting communication with residents and their families in the residential area
  • Monitoring the quality of nursing documentation
  • Coresponsibility for creating and maintaining a positive working atmosphere

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a nursing professional in elderly care with several years of professional experience
  • Completed further training as a residential area manager would be desirable, or willingness to obtain it
  • Commitment, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
  • Empathy for our residents
