Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive SAP HCM consulting and development within the module support, with a focus on payroll (PY), personnel administration (PA), and time management (PT)
  • Participate in SAP HCM projects (consulting, conceptualization, development, and customization)
  • Analyze and design processes in collaboration with the HR department and clients
  • Support internal specialist teams in building and maintaining inbound and outbound interface solutions (e.g. RFC/ALE, SAP PO, Cloud)
  • Advise the HR department on SAP HR/HCM issues and provide 2ndlevel support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with calculation rules (schemas and cycles)
  • Previous experience in SAP HR/HCM consulting or development
  • Strong knowledge of personnel processes is desirable
  • Good customization and development skills in at least one of the SAP modules PA/PY and PT
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is advantageous
  • Experience in SAP HCM projects is desirable
  • Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in virtual teams
  • Excellent communication skills and customeroriented personality
