At our professionally run children's daycare center at the Apostelkirche in Erlangen-Büchenbach, we are looking for:


Childcare workers/educational support staff (m/f/d) with a minimum of 35 hours per week.


We offer a lively work environment where your dedication has a direct impact on the lives of our youngest community members.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing educational activities
  • Supporting the individual development of each child
  • Working closely with parents to promote a positive parenting partnership
  • Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our little ones

Skills:

  • Good communication and interaction skills
  • Ability to plan creative learning activities
  • Empathy in dealing with the needs of children
  • Team spirit

Qualifications:

Completed training as a state-certified childcare worker, m/f/d, or equivalent qualification - at least language level B2
