Description

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for reception and care of our customers
  • Support of the entire service team in organizational and commercial tasks
  • Coordination of inquiries from interested parties in consultation with service advisors, the workshop and sales
  • Participation in invoicing and complaint management
  • Building and maintaining customer contacts and data
  • Responsibility for cash management
  • General office and administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Education: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
  • Personality: You are communicative, a team player and have a confident and friendly demeanor. You also demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Work style: You work with your negotiating skills in a goal and customeroriented manner. Your customer serviceoriented approach makes you an absolute service professional. You carry out your tasks conscientiously, organized and independently.
  • Experience and knowhow: Ideally, you have professional experience in the service department of an automotive dealership or in customer service. You also have good PC/MS Office skills.
  • Other: You hold a valid driver's license for class B.
