- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of hospice operations management experience
- Proven ability to lead and supervise management personnel
- Knowledge of business management and Medicare Hospice Benefit
- Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
- Experience in implementing organizational processes and standards
- Expertise in multi-site management, customer service, and employee development
- Lead and direct team in patient service, business development, and quality control
- Monitor performance and provide guidance to Executive Directors
- Manage budget, P&L, and operational objectives
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
