Greencastle is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers their requirements through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for proactively coordinating and implementing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in our extensive SAP system landscape.
  • You will act as a liaison between departments and IT partners to effectively coordinate GDPR requirements.
  • You will analyze existing processes, identify data protection risks, and provide advice to departments.
  • You will use SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) to block and delete personal data in accordance with GDPR.
  • You will monitor the security of SAP systems and ensure uninterrupted operation.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have gained extensive knowledge in SAP systems and their architecture.
  • You have experience in data protection and GDPR.
  • You have strong communication skills, including persuasion, empathy, and clarity.
  • You are proficient in both German and English.
