In addition to luxurious knit yarns such as cashmere and merino wool, our DNA includes feminine silk pieces with unmistakable pattern worlds.

It is our heartfelt mission to create long-lasting favorite pieces for women.

Our team transforms contemporary designs with high-quality materials into the now widely known HERZEN'S ANGELEGENHEIT collection four times a year.

From our Bremen headquarters, we not only serve our 750 boutiques, but also have space for the further development of our innovative sales concepts.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks in finance
  • Telephone support for our customers
  • Recording and clarifying customer inquiries via email and social media
  • Creating quotes for the B2B shop
  • Data entry and maintenance
  • Recording and invoicing of orders and reorders
  • Returns management
  • Coordination of appointments and meetings for our sales and internal team

Qualifications:

  • Conception and implementation of quality assurance in customer service
  • Communication and cooperation skills
  • Independent, structured and resultsoriented work
  • Confident and wellgroomed appearance
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new inventory management systems
  • Independence and teamwork
