We are responsible for managing advertisements for around 400 locations and are looking for you to join our new location in the heart of Essen as a reinforcement.


Team Leader Online Marketing (m/f/d): for our recruiting center in Essen


Responsibilities:


  • You are the head of our campaigning team and, together with your team, place ads on paid social media, search, paid media, and all other sources from which you expect impressive performance.
  • With full dedication, you maximize the reach of our job listings while always keeping performance and reaching the target audience as the top priority.
  • Ad copies/creatives are the new targeting you know what works where and can measure it, using your experience in creating ad copies (text, image).
  • Your expertise is needed for monitoring results and developing dashboards and reports.
  • You put a lot of energy into continuous optimization and testing.
  • You use meaningful benchmarks strategically to increase the success of your campaigns.
  • You take responsibility, and we give you the freedom to do so.
