Tasks:

  • Recruitment of service center employees to ensure the best possible implementation of the respective personnel requirements
  • Direct approach of applicants, organization of telephone interviews, individual interviews, and applicant rounds
  • Support in planning and creating job and image advertisements, as well as measures for employee recruitment
  • Responsibility for and maintenance of applicant data
  • Support for team leadership and coaching

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or studies
  • At least one year of professional experience in recruitment and personnel selection (ideally at a personnel service company or in a call center)
  • High level of initiative, empathy, and a structured and successoriented way of working
  • Strong team, communication, and interpersonal skills
