Description
The Administration Department of Schwarz Services supports the service areas of the companies within the Schwarz Group as a competent advisor in handling administrative matters and organizational change projects. As the commercial administration of real estate and operating companies with a focus on social engagement, we carry out tasks in general administration and internal/external accounting (bookkeeping, balance sheet preparation, controlling). We set standards in administrative processes, develop them further, and support the operational areas with administrative tasks and the implementation of new business models.Your Responsibilities
- Independent preparation of statistical reports
- Participation in contract management
- Conducting compliance checks (e.g. master data)
- Contact person and key user for digital applications of the department (e.g. OneDrive, OpenText)
- Further development and sustainability of processes and guidelines
- Preparation of analyses for management
- Participation in projects and special tasks round off your area of responsibility
Your Profile
- Business administration degree with relevant specialization (e.g. accounting/finance) or successfully completed commercial training, ideally with specialized further education (e.g. certified accountant)
- Professional experience in accounting/finance
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is advantageous
- Good knowledge of MS Office
