Job Opening Summary:

  • Under the direction of the Value Analysis Facilitator, coordinate Value Analysis and Strategic Sourcing data management activities.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, contracting, and strategic sourcing teams.
  • Responsible for data mining and collection to drive program decisions.
  • Lead analytics for Supply Chain Services to support cost reduction efforts.

Job Opening Qualifications:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems Management or Health Science/Care Administration.
  • Alternatively, an Associates Degree with a minimum of 5 years data analysis experience.

Necessary Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts/graphs.
  • Ability to develop Excel-based models and dashboards for monitoring patterns and trends.
  • Experience in modifying data queries and effective communication with medical personnel.

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years of data aggregation and display experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Preference for candidates with Supply Chain experience or knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management.
