Kreditorenbuchhalter (gn) to join their team in Berlin as a direct hire.

Your responsibilities:


  • Reconciliation and control of all vendor accounts related to goods
  • Examination and preaccounting of incoming invoices in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act
  • Booking, monitoring and documentation of liabilities in Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Preparation of payment proposals and execution of payment runs
  • Verification of incoming payments based on daily bank statements
  • Processing of cash reconciliations

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
  • Professional experience in accounts payable, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Strong affinity for numbers combined with a structured and analytical way of working
  • Knowledge of German value added tax law
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • High level of initiative and enjoyment of working in a team
