Job Summary:

As an Assistant Manager at Sparkle Express Car Wash Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash facility.

Working closely with the Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of dedicated employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service.

Your leadership skills and commitment to excellence will help maintain our reputation as a leader in the car wash industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the car wash facility.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Manage and motivate staff to meet sales targets, conversion rates and operational goals.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in car wash procedures and customer service.
Promote positive Google reviews.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
Assist in financial tasks such as handling transactions, preparing deposits, and managing budgeting processes.
Implement marketing and promotional campaigns under the guidance of the Manager.
Conduct regular inspections of the car wash facility to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash, retail, or service industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Good understanding of business management and operational procedures.
Basic financial acumen, including budgeting and cash handling.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
