The St. Martin Senior Center in Füssen is a residential care facility for active and dependent seniors.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (m/f/d) or Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Care and support of residents with age-related illnesses and geronto-psychiatric changes
  • Organization and implementation of individual and holistic basic and treatment care
  • Psychosocial support, especially in guiding, encouraging, and assisting with relearning and performing activities of daily living
  • Preparation and administration of medication
  • Participation in biography work
  • Evaluation of documentation
  • Care and support for the dying
  • Participation in handovers, shift and team meetings
  • Compliance with relevant legal regulations, especially hygiene, H
