• Order processing, scheduling, and order fulfillment
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Creation of production and surface orders

• Experience in international customer service
• Completed commercial training (freight forwarding and logistics clerk, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
• Interest in technical processes
• Experience in scheduling, material management, and order processing
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent MS Office skills
