We are currently seeking a CREDITORS AND GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT (W/M/D) to join our team for 20 to 30 hours per week, as part of a succession plan due to retirement.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coding and posting of incoming invoices
  • Maintenance of the invoice register
  • Management of fixed asset accounting
  • Timely preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Continuous maintenance of accounts (creditors and general ledger)
  • Reconciliation and confirmation of account balances
  • Monthly VAT returns
  • Preparation of official statistics (including summary declaration, Intrastat)
  • Management of various Excel spreadsheets
