As part of direct placement, we are currently looking for several German-speaking employees for customer service (m/f/d) in Lisbon for our client, a well-known customer service center that offers services for globally recognized projects in the areas of clothing, travel, gaming, IT, and much more.

With your feet in the sand and the phone in your hand - when the line between vacation and work blurs.

These are your new tasks:

As a customer service representative (m/f/d), you are responsible for handling customer inquiries that come in by phone, mail, or email
You handle and process these inquiries satisfactorily
You will be working on one of many popular international projects, such as Netflix, Google, Nintendo, TikTok, Pinterest, Philip Morris, Asos, Microsoft, Nike, Bose, and more
