Duties and Responsibilities

Work as part of the team to support multiple locations regarding accounts payable process.
Coordination and communication with vendors, including new vendor set up.
Work independently or as a team and take a proactive role to assure AP items are completed on or ahead of schedule.
Process employee expense reports and insure proper coding.
Oversee Company credit card including reconciliation, and accounts payable posting.
Maintain 1099 contractor processing.
Provide backup support to the Company's Staff Accountant.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

College degree not required but preferred (associates or bachelor) or 3+ years of experience.
Attention to detail.
Great customer service.
Comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
