Job Description:

Support and assistance with administrative tasks in the fleet department
Monitoring and compliance with deadlines and validity (driver's licenses, vehicle inspection dates, and vehicle inventory)
Data archiving and documentation in the fleet program
Processing of insurance claims / damage processing and management
Invoice verification / cost accounting

Job Requirements:

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally as an automotive or industrial clerk with first experience in the fleet department
Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
DATEV knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
First experience with a merchandise management system is desirable
Good handling of numbers and understanding of costs
Friendly, teamoriented, solutionoriented, and serviceoriented work style
Discretion, flexibility, and selfmotivation
