Our client is a leading provider of high-quality packaging solutions.

On their behalf, we are looking for a Shift Manager Paper Processing (m/f/d) for direct placement at their location in Nuremberg.


Your responsibilities:


  • Monitoring the implementation and compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines in the production process
  • Ensuring timely and costeffective production
  • Timely organization of tools, as well as auxiliary and operating materials required at the machines
  • Close cooperation with interfaces such as production planning, customer service, product development, technology, quality management, etc.
  • Processing complaints and identifying and eliminating causes of errors through continuous improvement processes
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of subordinate employees
  • Coordination of work assignments for subordinate employees

Your qualifications:


  • Technical education (packaging technologist, packaging mechanic (m/f/d)) with further training (industrial master paper processing, technician (m/f/d)) or degree
  • First professional experience as a shift manager
  • Industry knowledge desirable
  • Experience in employee management
  • MS Office
  • Knowledge of German
  • Willingness to work in shifts (2 shifts)
