Training as an Insurance and Financial Services Salesperson (m/f/d) with Elephant Head

What to expect

  • You will complete your practical training at one of our branches.
  • The training content is diverse and varied: From customer consultation to creating offers and making sales, you will be fully involved in the work processes.
  • You will have direct contact with customers - not just over the phone.
  • You will advise your customers in the branch or at their homes.
  • In addition to attending vocational school, you will participate in seminars on consulting and selling our products.
  • Your training will start on and last 2.5 to 3 years (depending on location).
