The German Cancer Research Center is the largest biomedical research center in Germany. With over 3,000 employees, we conduct an extensive scientific program in the field of cancer research.


Together with university partners at seven renowned partner sites, we have founded the German Consortium for Translational Cancer Research (DKTK).


We are currently seeking an employee (m/f/d) for the coordination of the DKTK Tumor Board at the DKTK Partner Site Munich.


The position is located at the Medical Clinic and Polyclinic III of the LMU Hospital, with a focus on early clinical trials and a resulting national tumor board.

There are diverse contacts within the hospital as well as with cooperation partners throughout Germany.


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination of the national tumor board, including planning regular meetings: coordinating individual dates for the board, sending invitations, and managing the meetings
  • Administrative support for the participating sites of the tumor board
  • Primary contact for the individual sites participating in the tumor board
  • Coordination of new sites joining the existing tumor board: developing a concept for the inclusion of new sites, accompanying and organizing this process
  • Collaboration with local study centers or study physicians, particularly in the area of early clinical trials
  • Scheduling,
