Our client is part of an international corporate group and operates in the processing of raw materials. With over 700 employees at the location, they are committed to implementing and expanding their sustainability strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and proper booking of business transactions and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
  • Responsible for recording and managing assets
  • Assisting in the management and processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Maintaining the general ledger
  • Providing current investment reports, statistics, and evaluations
  • Reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a business administration degree with a focus on accounting
  • Several years of relevant work experience with additional certification as a certified accountant
  • Familiar with the guidelines and regulations of HGB and IFRS
  • Analytical thinking and approach
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and loyalty
  • Team player
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MS Office, and implementation
  • Good written and spoken English skills
