We are currently seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our People Team at Wilkerson, CA, a large company with a diverse range of industries including Axpo, Emmi, Esprit, Swisscom, and Swiss-Re, among others.

This position is a maternity cover for 10-12 months, with the possibility of extension. Our team works remotely across Europe, allowing you to work from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the main point of contact for all managers and providing advice on individual, personal, and communicationrelated inquiries.
Collaborating with department heads to develop and oversee the internal "Sherpany Career Framework" for our employees, promoting individual success and employee retention.
Serving as a trusted confidant for all employees, keeping a pulse on the organization and identifying any concerns early on.
Managing employee offboarding processes, including legal matters, negotiations, documentation, reference letters, and exit interviews.
Conducting monthly leadership training for all members of the management team and coaching them to develop and strengthen their leadership skills.
Serving as the expert on all (international) labor law matters and finding the best possible solutions for all parties involved, with the support of local lawyers.
