  • Application and interface support and processing of change requests
  • Assuming application responsibility, including accompanying and carrying out release changes and conducting feasibility analyses
  • Evaluation and implementation of requirements from the business
  • Responsible for 2nd level support, close collaboration with 1st level support and interface to 3rd level support or manufacturer support
  • Consulting and supporting the departments in the relevant applications
  • Planning and carrying out maintenance work
  • Configuration, support and monitoring of technical workflows and interfaces
  • Conducting functional and integration tests
  • Planning and conducting specific key user and user training
  • Creation of documentation

Bring your strengths: Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science, software development or similar qualification
  • Ideally professional experience in application support or IT system administration, we also welcome entry-level professionals
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills
  • High results orientation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
