You are part of a young and growing Financial Advisory team at our Frankfurt location, advising internationally active companies, banks, insurance companies, and other financial service providers on M&A transactions in Germany and across Europe.

Our focus areas include financial due diligence, financial fact books, company valuations, as well as comprehensive support for sales processes and coordination of other transaction teams.

In addition, you will conduct market analyses and assist in the creation, analysis, and plausibility checks of integrated financial or company plans (financial modeling).

You will also be responsible for analyzing business models and financial information and presenting the results.

With the guidance of experienced colleagues, you can expect excellent development opportunities with diverse tasks, where you will quickly take on independent responsibilities.


This is what you bring:
A successfully completed degree in economics, (business) informatics, (business) engineering, or a comparable field of study
Ideally, some professional experience (e.g. through relevant internships) in the field of transaction consulting, due diligence, M&A, or investment banking
Enjoy working in a team, excellent analytical skills, and a confident demeanor
The ability to quickly grasp complex relationships, find goal-oriented solutions, and effectively present them - also in English
Very good German and English skills, as well as a confident handling of MS Office.
