Our client is a medium-sized family-owned company in the real estate industry in Munich, which has been active in the market for over three decades and has experience in project development, construction management, and property management.

The goal is to provide the highest quality while also considering sustainability, quality, and longevity in the properties they manage.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of secretarial and assistant tasks, as well as proactive support for the management team in all operational and organizational tasks
  • Organization and preparation of appointments and meetings
  • Independent handling of internal and external company correspondence via telephone, letter, and email, as well as protocol creation
  • Invoice control and plausibility check
  • Support in creating and editing reporting documents, presentations, and templates
  • Taking on special tasks in addition to regular daily business

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong social skills, high motivation, commitment, as well as discretion and loyalty
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
