The Diocese of Mainz has embarked on the path of merging parishes into larger pastoral areas. In the coming years, these pastoral areas will then be merged into a new parish. The administrative managers play an important role in this process: they will establish and manage the central administrative office of the new parish. They work closely with the leading pastor and the leadership team of the new parish.
