PART-TIME (MIN. 25 HOURS):


Owner-managed with a focus on content - is a digital agency that specializes in creating, managing, and updating content for our clients' websites and platforms.

In addition to well-known clients in the automotive and consumer goods industries, we also provide digital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Your tasks:


  • You take care of the entire employee lifecycle: from onboarding new employees, organizing training opportunities to exit interviews, you are responsible for implementation
  • You are the contact person for management, executives, and employees for all HRrelated topics
  • You are responsible for the entire applicant management process
  • You support with all personnelrelated questions and topics, including training and development
  • You implement personnel changes in contracts, addendums, etc.
  • You take care of the implementation and management of benefits such as company pension schemes, bike leasing, etc.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in human resource management or comparable qualifications
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in HR or a similar position
  • You enjoy working independently, with commitment and goal orientation
  • You are interested in shaping and developing processes
  • You enjoy working in a digital environment, are communicative and solutionoriented
