Your Responsibilities
- Independent and autonomous handling of turnkey construction projects with a qualified construction team
- Participation in the awarding of subcontractor services
- Cost and claim management
- Development of alternatives, special proposals, and alternative offers
Your Profile
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in the management of construction projects in turnkey construction as a construction manager or project manager (m/f/d)
- Negotiation skills and confident appearance with excellent communication skills
- Teamwork and a self-reliant and dedicated work style
- Proficient use of the RIB - iTWO calculation program
- Knowledge of common standards and regulations (VOB, DIN, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting complete your profile
