Your tasks

Technical support for an international sports car manufacturer in 1st or 2nd level
Analyze and test technically complex inquiries from workshops to the manufacturer in the ticket system
Evaluate technical repair processes for plausibility
Qualified and timely advice to dealers and markets on technical problems related to the entire vehicle
Contact person (m/f/d) for technical questions in one of the areas of drive, chassis, electrical/electronics, high-voltage system or body
