Description
Your tasks:
- Preventive claim management, in particular supporting and advising project and sub-project managers on technical questions regarding performance specifications, is a key part of your work.
- You monitor contractual issues with regard to critical or failure-prone components that may lead to claims, and work closely with departments on strategies and tactics to avoid or enforce claims.
- You plan and carry out national and EU-wide procurement processes, especially for projects. As a sector client, you are also responsible for procurement procedures.
- Negotiating claims in network expansion projects is in your hands.
- You review, document, and economically evaluate performance and contract deviations for all claims under your responsibility.
Your profile:
- You have a degree, preferably in business administration, law, or engineering, with good knowledge of contract and performance disruption law.
- You also have several years of professional experience in claim and risk management, ideally as a project purchaser, manager, or coordinator (m/f/d) for construction projects.
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness combined with strong consulting skills are your strengths.
- Fluent German and good English skills are required.
- You have a high problem-solving and interface competence.
