We are looking for a person, my husband, who would say that he is hyperactive without a diagnosis since childhood.

Many close relatives, grandparents and paternal uncles, of whom 6 had Alzheimer's and 1 had Parkinson's, have all passed away.

Except for his father who died at 66 from an aortic aneurysm.

Apart from appearing to stutter, which I don't see as such, he tries to say a common word and it takes him at least three times to say it correctly, but he has to stop and make an effort for it to come out right.

He gestures a lot, with his hands and body...

And I notice that when he talks on the phone he stutters less, because I think that having his hands occupied helps with the coordination of his motor skills, body and speech.

Since I've known him in his youth, he has always used a lot of filler words such as... Do you understand? Do you know?... Now he uses them less, but it's getting worse every time.

About a year ago we went to a neurologist who did some tests and said that she didn't detect anything alarming.

He even had a head CT scan and nothing came up... He is a person with a university education, a law degree, mentally and physically active... And he has some memory lapses, but I don't know if they are due to age and stress, I also have them and I
