Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Technician to join our team. As a Data Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data center equipment and network installations. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise in computer hardware, electrical systems, and network infrastructure.


Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and maintain data center equipment including servers, switches, routers, and other networking devices
  • Perform field service visits to client sites for equipment installation and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to data center equipment
  • Conduct network installations and ensure proper connectivity
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines
  • Provide technical support to clients regarding data center operations
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and electrical systems
  • Experience with network installation and configuration
  • Familiarity with Cisco routers and other networking devices
  • Proficient in using hand tools for equipment installation and maintenance
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Previous experience as a Data Technician or similar role is preferred

Note:
All positions at our company are paid positions.


Job Type:
Contract


Salary:
$ $28.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
