For our client, we are currently looking for a
Team Leader (m/f/d) Claims Management to start as soon as possible as part of direct placement.

The salary range is between €70,000 and €90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Your responsibilities as Team Leader (m/f/d) Claims Management:

  • Leading the team for travel insurance claims management
  • Developing and promoting team members
  • Point of contact for customers, sales, and B2B clients
  • Achieving KPIs in terms of service and cost goals
  • Implementing new processes and further developing existing processes together with quality management

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in business administration, insurance specialist training, or equivalent qualification
  • Lawyers with leadership experience are also welcome
  • First leadership experience or experience as deputy team leader or technical leader in claims management
