We are looking for support for our team at the registration of our child and adolescent psychiatric practice in the city center of Munich, starting in March/April 2023.

We welcome applications from medical assistants, career changers, and students.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Administrative tasks
  • Patient registration, data entry, and management
  • Operating computer programs (e.g. creating prescriptions and referrals)
  • Assisting with billing

Position type:
Part-time

Hours: 12-20 per week


Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday

Location:
On-site in Truxton, AZ.
