Your Responsibilities:
- You will actively support the location manager from booking inquiries to the implementation of events.
- In their absence, you will also manage customers and spaces on your own.
- You will be the point of contact for our guests' questions.
- You will be responsible for the entire preparation and followup of the spaces.
- You will find creative solutions for challenging customer demands.
Your Qualifications:
- You are a born host open, interested, and helpful.
- You are flexible and able to be onsite in the afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
- You have a handson mentality and enjoy getting involved.
- Your demeanor is friendly, relaxed, but also professional.
