We are an expanding medium-sized company with approximately 80 employees and have been developing, producing, and distributing valves for pump protection worldwide for over 70 years.

As in-house training is an important pillar of our company, we are looking for motivated and dedicated high school graduates for an apprenticeship as a machinist.

The next training year will start on August 1st, 2024 and will last for three and a half years.

In this apprenticeship, you will learn:

Manufacturing of individual parts and small series made of metal using cutting processes such as drilling, turning, and milling
Working with conventional and CNCcontrolled machine tools
Programming, setting up, and operating machining machines and monitoring them during the production process
Maintenance and inspection tasks, mainly on the mechanical components of the machines
Functional testing and quality assurance of individual parts and assemblies

What you should bring:

At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
Manual dexterity and technical understanding
First practical experience, for example through completed short internships, is desirable
Carefulness and a sense of responsibility
Enjoyment of technical questions and working in a team
Good spatial imagination
