RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring and coordinating construction site processes
  • Independent execution of construction projects, taking into account economic and technical objectives
  • Compliance with building permits, plans, and other regulations
  • Regular inspection of proper implementation of construction work
  • Development of individual processes to achieve project goals
  • Creation of construction schedules
  • Ongoing documentation of construction processes (construction diary)
  • Acceptance of services and deliveries
  • Participation in official inspections
  • Measurement and invoice verification
  • Cost tracking
  • Defect management
  • Compliance with safety and health regulations

PROFILE

  • Successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Ideally 5 years of experience as a construction manager
  • Independent, responsible work and good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and proficient use of billing and calculation programs, such as CaliforniaX
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills
