The learning places are the customer centers in the AOK district office and the AOK education center in Pfedelbach-Untersteinbach.

  • You will learn to expertly support and advise our customers,
  • to inspire customers for our additional products and to win customers for us,
  • to ensure the high quality of our extensive range through close cooperation with our health partners (e.g. doctors and sports clubs),
  • to apply legal principles and make use of scope for action.
What you bring with you:

You have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate,

  • have a high willingness to learn,
  • are open-minded, enjoy communicating and are happy to work in a team,
  • show commitment and service orientation.
