Overview:

As a Part-Time Lead Generator for Fantes Plumbing Heating Cooling, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and generating potential leads for our products and services. This position is a key component of our sales and marketing strategy, focusing on building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

Provide information about featured products, promotions, and services offered by the store.

Lead Generation:

Proactively engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.

Identify potential leads by asking open-ended questions and actively listening to customer responses.

Educate customers about the benefits and features of products and services, emphasizing value propositions.

Data Collection:

Collect customer information, including contact details and preferences, to create a lead database.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and collected data.

Promotional Events:

Assist in the setup and execution of promotional events within the store to attract and engage customers.

Actively participate in product demonstrations and samplings to generate interest.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales staff to communicate potential leads and customer preferences.

Provide feedback on customer responses and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation strategize.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation; Not required although a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining lead databases.
