Training Process

During your training, you will get to know the exciting daily routine of a machine and system operator. Your tasks will include, among others:

· operating and managing production machines in the area of unprinted napkins,

· performing maintenance work, conversions, and minor repairs on the production line, and

· documenting quality and inspection protocols.

With us, you will benefit from a qualified and competent training on complex production machines. As part of the team, you will take on responsible tasks and make a significant contribution to the company's success.

Exciting events, which you can participate in as a trainee, provide additional variety.

The theoretical part of the training takes place in the form of block lessons at the Papiermacherschule in Gernsbach. Here, you will be taught the necessary knowledge for the final exam.

In addition to vocational school, we support our trainees in preparing for the intermediate and final exams.
