This role operates on a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote), and can be based out of NYC, Jersey City, Whitehouse Station (NJ) or Philadelphia Chubb offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Automation & Integration:Master the use of marketing technology for efficient campaign delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of automated and triggered campaigns within multi-channel campaigns to drive action and conversions.

Supporting in our existing CRM production instance to continue LOB requests until fully pivoting to the new instance and building automation journeys.

Ability to balance short-term gains with long-term impact and properly utilize that knowledge to inform the long-term CDP and automation roadmap.

Customer Experience:Enhance customer journeys and map out engagement strategies to improve the overall customer experience. Use customer data and insights from reports, such as CRM, web, completed training, webinar /event attendance and purchasing behavior, to drive the message and content personalization.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in retention marketing, CRM, or related roles, preferably within the ecommerce sector.
Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics 4, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
Creative problemsolver with exceptional project management, analytical, presentation and technical skills.
Highly motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a diverse team while demonstrating highly effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
The pay range for the role is $80,500 to $137,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors.
