The Lebenshilfe Würzburg e.V. is looking for a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) with a degree in Social Pedagogy (Diploma) or Social Work (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable education, or as an Educator/Heilpädagoge (m/f/d) (reference number 6096) in part-time with 20 hours, initially limited to one year (with the option of permanent employment and an increase in hours).

We are a provider of outpatient services and assistance, supporting people with disabilities in "living in the midst of society".

Your tasks:

Accompanying and supporting adults with disabilities who live in their own apartments or (inclusive) shared apartments.

We expect:

Completed degree in Social Pedagogy (Diploma) or Social Work (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable education. Completed training as an Educator or Heilpädagoge.

Customer-oriented thinking and acting within an individual assistance model

Experience in working with people with disabilities and/or mental illness desirable

Commitment, reliability, teamwork and mental resilience

Flexible working hours, especially in the afternoons and evenings
