Responsibilities as a Personnel Disponent (m/f/d):

  • Independently create job advertisements on various job portals
  • Maintain constant communication with our branches
  • Responsible for processing and forwarding applications to the appropriate branch
  • Manage internal and external personnel
  • Regularly participate in training sessions
  • Communicate with recruiters in each branch via telephone

Our Expectations as a Personnel Recruiter (m/f/d):

  • Passionate about recruiting and enjoy finding new and unconventional ways
  • Completed commercial training or degree with a background in personnel management or psychology
  • Relevant experience in recruiting, preferably in the personnel services industry
  • Strong communication skills and a natural networker
  • Friendly and organized personality, able to work independently and in a team
  • Fluent in German, additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel is expected
