Description

We are looking for you as a Service Advisor (m/f/d) full-time for our car dealership in Ravensburg.

Your main tasks:

Determining customer needs, especially scope of work, scheduling, customer mobility, additional work taking into account workshop capacity and availability of parts.

Ensuring the promised appointment/workshop scheduling
Arranging for parts availability
Creating the order in the computer system
Advising the customer on scope, duration and cost of work
Providing a replacement vehicle or organizing customer mobility
Making necessary arrangements with the responsible person in the workshop
Ensuring timely completion
Ensuring necessary work quality through test drive and, if necessary, recording of defects
Final inspection on the lift
Completion of invoice taking into account warranty and goodwill cases
Explanation of work performed and, if necessary, free additional services and handover of invoice
